About Nicole

As a Doctor of Health Administration candidate at Central Michigan University, I am dedicated to advancing my expertise in mental healthcare's clinical and administrative aspects. My doctoral studies focus on cultural competencies, behavioral health, and the delivery of culturally appropriate care, which are crucial for improving healthcare outcomes in diverse populations.

With a strong background in clinical supervision, I provide guidance for LMSW professionals in Michigan, and CAADC candidates, ensuring they meet the highest standards in their practice.

My clinical focus encompasses specialized areas such as betrayal trauma, abuse, PTSD, and trauma resolution techniques, including EMDR and Somatic Experiencing. I am committed to helping clients heal and build resilience through innovative approaches like Integrated Listening's Safe & Sound Protocol, Somatic Experiencing, and Shame Resilience Work.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a certified RYT500 Yoga Teacher with a focus on Polyvagal Yoga and somatic practices. I integrate mind-body approaches to support holistic healing and well-being. My experience in group therapy, codependency recovery, and yoga allows me to offer a comprehensive, integrative approach to trauma resolution and personal growth.
