Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation, lodging, and meals. Although hotels are frequently recommended, students can choose accommodations unless specified otherwise. Families and travel companions are welcome but are not permitted to join in course activities. However, they may attend evening events and activities outside of class. Companions wishing to participate in the course must enroll as special graduate students and pay the tuition fee. Students are responsible for visa requirements.
