Proud to be Appointed to the NRHA's Policy Congress and IJOMS as an Associate Editor


The Central Michigan University DHA Alumni Student Network is proud to recognize Dr. Carrie Shaver, a Doctor of Health Administration graduate, for being selected to serve on the National Rural Health Association's (NRHA) Rural Health Policy Congress. This prestigious appointment highlights Dr. Shaver's dedication to improving healthcare access and outcomes for rural and frontier communities nationwide.

In addition to this exciting appointment, Dr. Shaver has joined the International Journal of Care and Management Sciences (IJCOMS) as an Associate Editor. IJCOMS is an open-access journal with a global reach through ISQUA, fostering innovation and knowledge-sharing across nations.
"I am honored to be selected to serve on the NRHA's Rural Health Policy Congress," said Dr. Shaver. "This membership body is responsible for shaping NRHA's official positions on rural health policy, playing a critical role in advocating for policies that support rural and frontier communities nationwide.
