Ashley Vince 
Cohort 2023 Student Representative

Ashley is a proud member of the 2023 DHA cohort. She is a dynamic leader in healthcare with deep roots in Michigan, now residing in Solon, Ohio. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare management and the managed care industries, Ashley currently serves as the Director of Employee Health, Wellness, and Health Equity at the Hospice of Western Reserve. In this role, Ashley leads initiatives that prioritize the health and well-being of employees while ensuring equitable access to care across the organization.

Ashley’s academic journey is equally impressive. She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saginaw Valley State University, followed by a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. She also holds a senior certification in Human Resources and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare Administration. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration at Central Michigan University, where she continues to expand her expertise and leadership skills.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ashley is a dedicated wife and mother who finds fulfillment in serving her community. She is actively involved in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., where she contributes to initiatives that promote service, leadership, and empowerment. Her commitment to making a positive impact, both in her career and in her community, defines who she is—a compassionate leader striving to improve the lives of others every day.
